She delievered the commencement speech at Colgate University in 2003. I have not been able to locate the text of her speech.
She was the keynote speaker at Harvard Business School's Women's Student Association's Conference (now known as the Dynamic Women in Business Conference) in 1997. Her speech covered issues regarding balancing work and family. You can read about her speech on the HBS website (scroll to the bottom of the page). Incidentally, I attended the 2004 version of the same conference.
